Steve Peach has over 30 years experience covering a wide range of project types in the commercial and private sector and has worked in architectural and interior design practices in Portsmouth, Bath, Leeds and Harrogate in the UK.
Steve has the ability to redevelop and transform an existing shell and footprint and use this as a catalyst to create an updated scheme : recycling the past into the present often with unexpected and highly unique results.
MEET THE TEAMProjects have been mainly concerned with the architectural transformation of existing properties, the design of distinctive new build dwellings for private clients and historic building conversions and adaptations.
A selection of the completed projects have received recognition via Civic Design Awards, featured in magazines and appeared on channel 4.
The practice was based for some 30 years in the spa town of Harrogate, North Yorkshire where his core work has been located. There has been the added benefit of working on a handful of projects located in South Carolina in the USA, and one off residential projects in France, Spain and New Zealand.
Life is a series of chapters and the practice has recently moved (2021) to Sevenoaks to explore pastures new in Kent. The practice has an ethos of ‘have laptop will travel’...
The design based practice provides tailor made architectural solutions to the individual clients needs. Any design is developed with regard to the specific geographical site intended to inspire the end user in their day to day usage of the built form in order to make a ‘place’ to experience and craft memories.
